Well, isn’t this nice?

The entire school is watching this occur on TV right now and I tell y something, it’s great to see those who had been President of the United States and the current president.

But today, it’s all about Bush and his time as U.S. president during a time when an unimaginable tragedy, a war fought against the evils of terrorism, and the resilience of the American people.

So, will I get to see the library? I certainly hope so.

“Stupid, lame, and completely disgusting. I can’t believe I actually read this pile of crap. Please, for the love of God, don’t buy this book or rent it.”- Jacquel Rassenworth

Well, I never really said that, but here’s what I think of this story:

I’m not too big on parodies, as they seem to look like utter tripe . They deliberately changed up everything that you like and screw it up just to make a cheap buck.

But that’s not all.

I thought that the parody had some taste to it, but it felt dull and insignificant, as if the story did not want to be written. Don’t get me wrong, but I think that the author could have done a better job than what we have here.

Well, that’s all I have to say about this story. Please (don’t) read it.

Happy (After) Earth Day!

Well, there is a movie called “After Earth” coming out soon, so maybe it’s time for us to focus on what life is going to be like after the Earth has fallen. My personal favorite movie picks on this subject are as follows:

Now you know. Earth has fallen and everything in it is up for grabs.

What’s the point of it all?

You spend one day out of the 365 days of the year thinking about the little ball in space that God Himself gave to us to be our home. But what have we done with the earth as soon as we got it?

  • Pollution
  • Overpopulation
  • Extinction
  • Global warming

What have we done to the planet? I know that God is going to strike us down for abusing the earth. In fact, I know that there are awful diseases out there killing scores of people who could have been helping the earth. Is the attacks on humanity our punishment for disobeying God and Mother Nature?

I don’t know about you, but I believe that EVERY day should be Earth Day. If we all pitched in and did what it took to save the earth, the world will be a better place for our children and grandchildren.

That is all.

Well, today I went to see the movie Oblivion and let me tell you, if you don’t pick the right movie watching people, you won’t have a good time.

For example, the guys I went with to see the movie were looking bored, like they were waiting for the next Star Wars movie. I swear to God that if I hear one more thing about Star Wars, I’m going to punch that person in the balls. That movie wasn’t even that good to begin with, and I’m not even getting started on those movies that were made in the 1970s either.

For all their complaining, I think that Oblivion was a good movie.

I’ll be back when it’s time for Star Trek the movie.

Well, this is nice…

Well, looks like we need something stupid to laugh at today.

After last week’s movie blog post, I’m ready for something funny. And besides, I have always loved the “Scary Movies” because those movies make fun of everything that I hate.

Scary Movie 5 is no different from the other Scary Movies.

Well, I’m out.

What the curse? Today, I found out that they’re re-releasing Jurassic Park in theaters. Like is this even necessary? Like hello? Do you think that I’m even remotely interested in this movie? I tell you what, NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!! It’s either Oz or nothing this weekend. You’re welcome.

A Sad Day for Movie Watchers

Well, today is a sad day, as I just found out that famed movie critic Roger Ebert has died. This made me sad, as I was known to follow his many reviews of scores of movies that I haven’t even seen until now.

(Of course, everyone who I told the sad news to was like, “whatever, chick” and walked away. This makes me sad, as they will never know the impact that Mr. Ebert had on movies and pop culture)

So, R.I.P. to Mr. Ebert, and his life story indeed deserves “two thumbs up“.
