OK, so it’s the 13th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, and to be honest, I feel that somewhere between 2006 and 2010, we have lost all interest in that day. We have forgotten what the day before meant to us, and it’s like we’re stuck in a fog that we can’t get out of.

I say we need to make this day a holiday.

Kids who are being born today need a day off from school and they need to be taught about what happens when Americans stop being Americans, which gives terrorists permission to attack. They also need that things like September 11 can happen if we’re not careful.  We need to remember September 11 because if we don’t, we’re going to be cruelly reminded in a terrible way.

Now you know.
