OK, so we now are in Leap Day 2016, which means every four years, we get a February 29. This year is no exception.
Of course, I’m questioning what is the point of a Leap Day. Is it just another day that we get so we can keep having February? Why the heck do we have just 28 days in February when all the other months get 30 or 31 days?
That’s not fair.
And to make things even more unbearable, it kind of sucks having your birthday on February 29, as you have a birthday every four years. I don’t have any relatives who were born on February 29 (while my cousin Marta was born on February 27), but to those of you who have to suffer from having a birthday every four years, I feel bad for you.
Anyway, happy birthday, Larry Johnston, who’s now 5 years old (as he was born on February 29, 1996).
