Jacquel Rassenworth does Comic Con…again!

Hello, and welcome to the wonderful world that is Comic-Con. I (as in your #1 friendly meme master) will take you on a journey to explore what's coming up in the world of fandom.

And here are some of the things you'll love as this year rolls by:

  1. Stranger Things 2
  2. The actor who will play the doctor in "Doctor Who", but I'll get back to that later.
  3. Game of Thrones season 7, episodes 2 and 3.
  4. Star Trek Discovery.
  5. The superhero movies that I'm dying to see, such as Justice League, Infinity War, and Black Panther.

I was going to dress up for Comic-Con this year, but I ran out of time due to my other activities. So I had to buy a Disney Descendants t-shirt from Hot Topic. And I haven't watched the show…yet.

Yeah, that's really embarrassing.

Anyway, thanks for reading this blog post and I'll see you on the internet.

Jacquel Rassenworth on Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol 2

Well, this just got interesting.

So, last night, I go to watch Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol 2 and guess what? Nobody else went to the movies with me! I’ll show them who’s the boss when they get back. Nobody turns down a movie invitation from Jacquel Rassenworth. NOBODY!

With that out of the way, lets just say that because of this movie, I’m more than ready for Avengers: Infinity Wars. There’s no other way for me to say it. When all ghe heores show up to take down Thanos, I swear that I will cheer along with the rest of the world. Isn’t that great?

Oh, and I have to buy the new soundtrack to the movie soon.

Anyway, I gotta call this one and force Shar and Maddy to get off their butts and watch Guardians of thr Galaxy with me. And I’m not taking “no” for an answer either!

Jacquel Rassenworth on Pitch Perfect 2

I can’t believe they had to do a sequel to Pitch Perfect. I mean, the first movie was just fine by itself.

Was Hollywood so bored that they had to invent a sequel to Pitch Perfect? Or they are obsessed with Pitch Perfect and felt that they had to make a sequel?

I don’t think we’ll ever get an answer to that question.

Do humanity a favor and DON’T watch this movie. Your sanity will thank you.

Jacquel Rassenworth on Friday the 13th (part 1)

This is freaking hilarious.

I don’t know what happened, but some guy thought it was cool to drag me to see the new 50 Shades of Grey movie. I will let you know about that in another post. I am NOT amused!!

Now, I have no choice but to poke fun at it, so you 50 shades of grey fans had better watch out because I am now coming after you! Prepare to be meme’d!!

Jacquel Rassenworth on How to Train Your Dragon 2

I have seen the first How to Train Your Dragon movie and I didn’t really like it. I don’t know why, but the movie just didn’t inspire me, despite the special effects.

Anyway, I saw the new movie and I think that the story itself has improved a bit (no thanks to the TV show on Cartoon Network), I just couldn’t get into the movie. I wonder if this means that I really need to stop watching animated movies altogether, since all I’ve done is keep getting bored with every animated movie that I watch.

I know I’m supposed to be going to prom next weekend, but I can’t help but get excited for the new Spider Man movie. (Why do I like Andrew Garfield‘s Spider-Man and hate Tobey MacGuire’s Spider-Man? I’ll have to explain that later.)

Anyway, I’m off to see the movie and I’ll let you all know how it all went, OK?

Expect a review from me soon.

And another celebrity kicks it.

Maddy emailed me the news of the death of Mickey Rooney last night and now, I can’t say too much about it. All I know was that he was a big shot actor who starred in many movies that I can’t name right now.

Well, the world seems to be a pretty empty place right now.

Ok, so we have a new movie out today, and it’s a superhero movie!

This movie in question deals with Captain America.

That’s right, guys, he’s back!

Maybe because I didn’t pay too much attention to the first movie (because I was too busy yelling at those two guys who were seated behind me. You know what you did. Deal with your shame.), I nearly forgot a bunch of stuff. That’s why I had to watch the first movie on DVD all over.

This movie was packed with so much action, you forgot that it’s a superhero movie. That’s how good it was.

Now go see this movie.

Last night, the family dragged me to the movies to see the Muppets: Most Wanted, but for some strange reason, I fell asleep during the movie and was almost left behind.

Well, that was humiliating.

Plus, none of my relatives know how to actually watch a movie, which is a shame when you think about it. I prefer to see movies with people who love to watch movies.

I’m sorry if I cannot give out a review of this movie right now; I’m trying to recover from my humiliating ordeal. I’ll be back with a review later.

I take it that you missed me, didn’t you?

Well, I’m back and I’m ready to talk about the new hit movie Divergent, which comes out in theaters last night. This time, I made sure to actually READ the book before seeing the movie.

Anyway, here’s the rundown:

In a Chicago that was destroyed in a war, the city’s population is divided into four factions.  On a certain day, teenagers are forced to choose which faction they will spend their lives in; the move inherently divides families and friends. A girl is found to be Divergent, which means that she can’t easily be sorted into the factions that are part of the city. She later rebels against the government when the truth behind the factions is revealed.

Ok, I’m off to see the movie this afternoon, when Shara comes to Forks for a class trip.
