Hello, and welcome to the wonderful world that is Comic-Con. I (as in your #1 friendly meme master) will take you on a journey to explore what's coming up in the world of fandom.
And here are some of the things you'll love as this year rolls by:
- Stranger Things 2
- The actor who will play the doctor in "Doctor Who", but I'll get back to that later.
- Game of Thrones season 7, episodes 2 and 3.
- Star Trek Discovery.
- The superhero movies that I'm dying to see, such as Justice League, Infinity War, and Black Panther.
I was going to dress up for Comic-Con this year, but I ran out of time due to my other activities. So I had to buy a Disney Descendants t-shirt from Hot Topic. And I haven't watched the show…yet.
Yeah, that's really embarrassing.
Anyway, thanks for reading this blog post and I'll see you on the internet.

I usually don’t go in for sports, and yet, I now must deal with the World Cup, which is taking place in Brazil.
As we all know, I’m not a big soccer fan, and yet, my cousins are calling me a bad sport for not getting excited about soccer. (Another reason why I’m looking forward to going to Fresno) And to make matters worse, the TV is on all day!!! Dad can’t afford to pay another huge bill, people!! Anyway, I just want all of this to be over so I can get back to getting ready for college.
That is all.

I really should have watched the first movie, since it was a bit confusing, but this movie was quite funny. I don’t see how most of my classmates hated it; maybe because they don’t have the patience to understand mature humor like I do.
Sad, isn’t it?
Anyway, maybe you should watch the movie for yourself and tell me what you think.

Last night, Scott emailed me with a message that David Letterman is retiring from his show in 2015.
As we all know, David letterman runs a show called Late Night With David Letterman, and I recall dad watching the show during the times that I was supposed to be in bed. Only God knows why I started repeating jokes that I had heard him say on TV. (And the times when Sereno and Tammy yelled at me for repeating those jokes has gone through the roof.)
Anyway, since David is retiring, I think I might be able to replace him. I mean, I’m funny, I can do Top 10 lists, and I can even call out certain people on their bad behavior if I need to. (He did that to John McCain in 2008, which was why McCain lost the election)
That’s all, everyone! Until next time…

50 years ago, a group of young men showed up in America and changed the way we thought about music. They left their homes in Liverpool and came to America to perform their music.
And America hasn’t been the same since.
my father was little more than a baby when the Beatles came, so he wouldn’t remember seeing them on the Ed Sullivan Show, but Aunt Lorraine (who was 6), Aunt Susan (who was 9) and Aunt Margaux (who was 15) told me of their excitement over seeing the Beatles on TV. With songs such as “I Wanna Hold Your Hand“, “Hey Jude“, and “Yellow Submarine“, John, Paul, George, and Ringo had won scores of fans for life.
But it wasn’t until I was about 8 years old when I discovered the Beatles.
I was looking for a song to use in a parody of a band from a foreign country coming to America and I came across the story of the Beatles. Being intrigued by their music, I told Shar, Scott, and Maddy about what I had found.
And the rest, they say, was history.
Happy 50 years to the Beatles!
(and now, back to the Olympics, where the home country needs to step it up if we’re going to pull through and claim the gold medal!)

Sixth day of Hanukkah and I’m still home sick. Being sick really sucks! I hate being in bed all day and watching TV all day is stupid.
So I’m going to do what I do best…more useless memes! I have a few new tricks up my sleeve and you’ll never know what I’m going to be doing next!

Today, I learned that 50 years have passed since the first episode of “Doctor Who” aired on TV.
For starters, I haven’t seen any of the classic Doctor Who episodes, though my dad did years ago, and it wasn’t until 2006 when Maddy and Scott convinced me to watch the show. (It took them a good while to convince Shara, as she doesn’t like to watch TV)
Well, I’m not a TV buff, but I know a good show when I see one.
But for a show that spent 50 on the air when so many other great shows (save for Star Trek) end up falling after a few seasons, I have to wonder what made the show great.
And if you happen to watch Doctor Who, then please comment below with your opinions on the show.
Before I begin my rant about homecoming, I should say that the creators of Ravenswood aren’t playing around with the show. One character is dead (I won’t say who) and the others must figure out what’s going on before they themselves bite the dust.
Anyway, today’s theme is Disney. I have nothing to say about this, as I have officially lost faith in humanity. Why are we allowing ourselves to be reduced to being children when we should be growing up?
I hope that Halloween will be better.

Ok, so last year, we had The Avengers movie. That blew moviewatching out of the water.
And now, we have this show called Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
First off, I don’t do too much TV watching, unless it’s something that I really like. Then again, I’m not too big on teen-related shows like Pretty Little Liars and The Vampire Diaries. Plus, I know to stay away from Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel.
But why is it that I want to watch this show? It can’t be just because Scott kept dragging me (and Shar and Maddy) to see the Avengers every chance that he got. Plus, Coulson can’t really be dead, right?
Well, I’ll be back…after I actually sit down and watch TV (which we all know isn’t gonna happen)

Although Leslie Harrington isn’t gonna let up on my fan fiction ban anytime soon, I’m going to be doing my own brand of fan fiction.
I shall call it…ME fiction.
As in, *I* get to be in whatever fandom I please.
Also, I get to do a bit of MEfiction, since I purchased the “Green Hill Manor Mystery” book 1 on Amazon. It’s free for four days, so hurry up and get your copy right now! (link to book at the end of this post)
Anyway, with Leslie and me fighting for control of myself, I might not be posting too much of anything right now, but I promise to blog about any new movies that are in theaters and memes.
